The swimmers were said to be in trouble and clinging to something that resembled a raft.
The South Queensferry life boats and the Kinghorn life boats as well as the Fisherrow coastguard were sent to the scene.

Hide AdWhen the emergency boats arrived, they found the swimmers to be in no danger, and the object they were clinging too appeared to be a swimming float.
