Christmas decorations: We seem to be lacking motivation to get the tinsel out – Hayley Matthews
It's more to do with me trying to tidy up the place than having little Christmas spirit. However, if I'm honest, I'm completely lacking any sort of motivation to do anything at the moment.
I'd had paint that I'd gotten ages ago but felt rubbish when I was pregnant with our youngest so had never gotten round to doing anything with it.

I've still to tidy up the corners and the ceiling so feel any decorations would just draw attention to my shabby unfinished paint-work and, let's be honest, it's not like anyone's coming (other than Santa).
I'm also struggling to make myself half presentable on a daily basis, never mind have my home looking snazzy.
One of my neighbours has had her decorations up for a while and the place looks great from the street but I have to be honest by saying that I'm not seeing as many decorations about as I normally would at this time of year so, maybe I'm not the only one lacking in motivation to get the tinsel and lights out.
