The green Kalkhoff Endeavour 3.B MOVE was snatched from outside its owner’s home on Abercromby Place at around 4:30pm on Thursday.
An iron railing - and the bike’s lock - proved no match for the thief, who swiftly sawed through both while his hapless victim was just feet away indoors.
