Coronavirus in Scotland: 13 further deaths brings Scottish Government total to 2,304

Speaking at First Minister's Questions at Holyrood, Nicola Sturgeon announced 15,240 people have tested positive for the virus in Scotland, up by 55 from 15,185 previous day.
There are 1,247 people in hospital with confirmed or suspected Covid-19 - a rise of 47.

Hide AdOf these patients, 38 were in intensive care - a rise of three.
The death figures announced by the First Minister differ from the weekly statistics released on Wednesday by the National Records of Scotland, as the former covers patients who have tested positive and the latter involves all registered deaths where Covid-19 is mentioned on the death certificate, whether confirmed or suspected.
