A MINISTER and her dog will be walking 23 miles along a canal to help some of India's most disadvantaged children.
Linda Dunbar, minister of Polwarth Church, will set off on her sponsored hike from Donaldson's School in Linlithgow next Wednesday. She will walk to Polwarth Church along the Union Canal with her collie, Blue.

She is supporting the Edinburgh-based charity Scottish Love in Action (SLA), which runs two homes and schools in India for around 500 destitute children.

She works with a P7 class at Donaldson's one day a week.

#2 perhaps her dog is an Australian Blue Heeler known for their blue colouring.

#3: My #2 was a sarcastic remark meant to belittle the now deleted #1 (nowt to do with me) for their pedantry.
Since you've put your head above the parapet though, slightly more attention to the detail of the article in place of your encyclopaedic knowledge of canine colouration would serve you well.
Woof. :o)

India can afford to build nuclear bombs and develop intercontinental ballistic missiles to fire them on.
I think if the Indian government rearranged its priorities it wouldn't have any "disadvantaged children"
