Pilot dies as burning gyrocopter crashes

A PILOT died when his gyrocopter crashed in a field.
Several worried residents called police after watching the aircraft fall to the ground in flames at Kington Magna, near Gillingham, North Dorset, last night.

Around 30 firefighters were initially sent to the scene.

The pilot was pronounced dead at the scene.
