GHOSTS IN THE MACHINE

THE HOLLOW
Dr John Cristow and his wife Gerda are weekend guests at the home of Sir Henry and Lucy Angkatell, as is his current mistress, Henrietta. Then his ex-mistress, Veronica appears, restarts their affair and threatens that if she cannot have him, no-one will. Soon Dr Cristow is dead, but who shot him? Nearly everyone has a motive, most had opportunity, but it is up to Inspector Colquhoun and Sergeant Penny to unmask the real murderer. A classic evening's entertainment. THE ITALIAN GIRL IN ALGIERS
International playboy Mustafa is bored with his wife. He plans to marry her off so that he can take an Italian wife. Award-winning fiddle player, and one of the prettiest woman in music, Borders lass, Lori Watson, takes her special blend of traditional songs to the Pleasance Cabaret Bar. Joined by John Somerville and Innes Watson to form a dynamic musical three-piece of fiddle and voice, piano accordion and guitar, here is a fresh approach to some of the best music Scotland's heritage has to offer alongside Lori Watson's own wonderful compositions. THE BAND OF HER MAJESTY'S ROYAL MARINES
If you think this is simply a concert of military band music – think again!
