Fair set to give healthy boost to Sick Kids

THE annual Christmas fair to raise money for the Sick Kids Hospital will take place today.
The event begins at 11am in a new venue, Sciennes Primary.
Attractions will run until 3pm and all proceeds will go to the hospital and its projects.
It has also been announced that a group of soldiers from Craigiehall Barracks' bomb disposal unit will be running 12 miles from their base to the hospital while carrying Santa on a stretcher to raise cash.
