STAGECOACH co-founder Ann Gloag has been honoured for having helped change "the shape of the business landscape for women".
Scotland's richest woman was one of a number of female entrepreneurs to win a First Women award. The awards, organised by the CBI and Real Business magazine in association with Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets, celebrate women who are pioneers in business and who are deemed genuine "glass- ceiling breakers".
