SIX Eastern amateur boxers won gold medals in the Pirrka European multi-nations tournament for Schoolboy and Cadet boxers born between 1990-94 in Tampere, Finland.
Gilmerton flyweight Josh Taylor beat Finland's Anders Kokkenon with blistering body punches after just 20 seconds of the second round.
Gilmerton official, Rab Young said: "Josh came out firing great body punches and The Finn couldn't live with him beyond the second round."
And another Gilmerton boxer, lightweight Connor McCallum stormed his way to a gold-winning performance by outpointing Finland's Mikhail Hakkenen.
Leith Victoria light-welterweight Sandy Forsyth won silver and Midlothian light-flyweight, Dylan Moffat won Bronze after losing his semi-final bout.
The best eastern performance was that of Dunfermline southpaw featherweight Calum Susans who won the "Best Boxer of the Tournament'' award after winning 57kg gold by outpointing his Welsh opponent Douglas Price.
Kirkcaldy Kingdom Club fighters Barry Ritchie (bantamweight), Sean Finney (welterweight) and Mark Docherty (light-welterweight ) also claimed gold medals.
