SCOTTISH Widows Investment Partnership has lost another top fund manager.
Investment director David Urch has resigned, although it is thought he was successfully targeted by Fidelity International, which is launching in Edinburgh.

A brief statement said he had left to pursue "other industry opportunities" and Fidelity said it had no comment to make but refused to deny that he was joining them.
