Sir Tom to raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust

MILLIONAIRE businessman Sir Tom Farmer will be raising funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust at Sunday's Jazz on a Summer's Day event in Princes Street Gardens.

Sir Tom has been a supporter since meeting a couple whose young daughter died of cancer.

He said: "They were saying when teenagers go into hospital, as great as hospitals are, they're providing for more mature people or very young people."

A collection will be made for the charity, which provides information and facilities for teenagers battling cancer.
