A MIND reader admits nerves are setting in for a homecoming show in West Lothian this month, despite being the feared "interrogator" on a top TV show.
Drew McAdam, from Polbeth, who is a body language expert, usually mesmerises audiences at corporate gigs.

However, he is taking to Bathgate's Regal Community Theatre's stage for a one-off performance on October 24.

The audience will have a roller-coaster ride of fascinating demonstrations "exploring the untapped potential of the human mind".

But despite regular radio and TV appearances – he interrogates wayward spouses on the popular Trisha show and determines if they are telling the truth – the 54-year-old claims the show is filling him with dread.

"I'm really nervous about it," said Mr McAdam.

"When I'm up there, I'm walking a tightrope. I have a 90 per cent hit rate, which I'm happy with, but it's going to be strange doing it in front of an audience in West Lothian, with people I know there."

For tickets call 01506 433634.

Is he a mind reader or a tightrope walker? He states that he does both while on stage. I'm not purchasing a ticket until I know exactly what the show involves.

Fingers crossed it's a tightrope walker and there are Lions in the show. Lions eating tightrope walkers who slip. Now that's a hot ticket. I Bet it's sold out. I'll phone the Regal now. On the other hand I could contact them using my mind telepathi telepathat telapathical. I'll just phone.

Real people who genuinely help others don't shout from the roof tops and you don't mind read!!

He's on fantasy island!
