WOMEN in Edinburgh were being given a herbal health guide at Inverleith Park today.
Four Winds Inspiration Centre’s Daisy Mae was teaching women how to combat the changes of life, exploring herbs, health and diet and discussing how food can have a dramatic effect on health.

Four Winds provides a platform for community action in relation to social and environmental issues.
