HARVEY Nichols has been nominated for a top award at this year's Scottish Retail Excellence Awards.
The Retail Awards are designed to recognise the best in the highly competitive Scottish retail sector.
The finalists cover the whole breadth of retailing in Scotland, including department stores, multiples, speciality and online retailers.

vey Nichols has been nominated for the Retailer of the Year award, as well as the Customer Service Excellence Award, where it is up against John Lewis, Asda and Sainsbury's.
The Scottish Seabird Centre in North Berwick is also up for an award for Responsible Retailer of the Year.
Fiona Moriarty, director of the Scottish Retail Consortium, which backs the awards, said: "In the current economic climate, retailers have had to work extra hard to deliver value and excellence in all parts of their business.
"The quality of the nominations has been particularly impressive.
"I'd like to congratulate all the finalists for the excellent contribution they have made in raising the bar in the already ultra-competitive Scottish retail sector."
This year's awards will be hosted by TV personality Stephen Jardine, and the guest speaker will be Gerald Ratner, the former head of the Ratner's jewellery chain.
The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, October 21, at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.
