CITY leader Jenny Dawe today insisted "no decisions have been made" over the proposed closure of three primary schools.
The council has suggested shutting Bonnington, Lismore and Westburn primary schools, and is in the process of a public consultation.

Councillor Dawe said: "A number of factors have been considered, including parental choice patterns, educational outcomes and ensuring best value.

"No decisions have been made and, following the consultation period, a report will come to the council meeting in November with recommendations on the way forward from the children and families department."
