SCOTTISH dairy group Robert Wiseman said today its first- quarter sales volumes were "satisfactory" and 12 per cent ahead of the same period last year.
In a statement in advance of its annual shareholders meeting, the firm said it was finalising plans to cut costs after losing a contract with Morrisons.
A deal with Tesco kicked in during April and chairman Alan Wiseman said: "We have been pleased with sales from our new store allocation."
