HE may have famously penned A Man's A Man For A' That, but there were a fair few bonnie lasses in Robert Burns' odes – and one writer now believes Scotland's bard was a feminist.
Lesley Riddoch, writer and broadcaster, will share her views at The Scotch Malt Whisky Society's ladies only Burns' Night at the society's members rooms on Queen Street tomorrow night.

Ladies only Burns night on the 24th? That's like celebrating Hogmanay on the 30th December.

What! One writer believes this? One? Well it really has pulled the rug from underneath my beliefs.
Could she be wrong? This would not be some sort of self promotion?
All they other writers are going to be so embarrassed.
