PRINCE WILLIAM was set to open the 21st World Scout Jamboree today to celebrate 100 years of the movement.
Around 40,000 youngsters from 160 countries have gathered at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex, to take part in the camp,

the movement's biggest-ever event. Scout Association President the Duke of Kent will also attend.
