A CITY property rental website has set up an online link with popular Polish community portal zkocja.net.
Citylets said the deal will see details of available properties posted on the Polish website.

Founder Thomas Ashdown said: "Partnering with Szkocja.net is one of our best tie ups for Citylets over the last few years.

"It is phenomenally popular as a focal point for Polish nationals in this country and the property section is one of the most visited and best used channels.

"Not only will this deal help make it easy for those migrant workers to find homes and settle more readily into life in Scotland, it is also great news for our 200 plus letting agent clients."

There are estimated to be 100,000 Poles in Scotland and Szkocja.net is their main online destination – while many people in Poland considering a move to this country also use it.

Karol Chojnowski, development manager with Szkocja.net, said the site had become a hugely important part of life for Poles in Scotland.
