NORTH Korea is unlikely to meet a weekend deadline to shut its nuclear reactor, staying silent today about if it was satisfied with a US solution to a financial dispute that has stalled the disarmament process.
The North has not yet withdrawn £13 million unfrozen at the Banco Delta Asia bank in the Chinese territory of Macau.
