N Korea silent in nuclear row

NORTH Korea remained silent over activities at its main nuclear plant as South Korea accused the communist nation of flouting a disarmament pact and starting to restore its atomic facilities.
Seoul's foreign ministry said Pyongyang had begun work to restore the plutonium-producing Yongbyon nuclear complex at the centre of international concern over the regime's nuclear ambitions.
