SEVEN convenience stores across Edinburgh and Dalkeith have been rated among the country's best.
The shops have made it through to the regional finals of a national competition – the 12th annual Robert Wiseman Dairies Neighbourhood Shop of the Year.

these are the top 12 who base their prices on whether they like you or not and how gullable you look. that is why they dont have prices marked on their stuff. I hope these types of shops close down indefinitely

#2 spot on, and tomorrow's headlines - oh yes I can see it now, 'Jock has perfected the art of watching paint dry!' and the article will say something like 'Jock, from Edinburgh says for the best effect slap so much paint on that you'll be there for weeks - till even the squidgy bits have gone solid.'

Isn't that why we sad sad people read this paper, for the lack-of-information 'news' stories?
