MIDLOTHIAN walking festival takes place this weekend.
Locals and visitors alike are being invited to discover Midlothian's beautiful countryside in four days of led walks and cycle and horse rides – all for free.

The walks run from Friday to Monday. Organisers say there will be something to suit all ages and abilities.
