THE star of Mary Poppins, which opened at the Playhouse yesterday, has admitted she found the idea of flying across the Edinburgh stage a daunting prospect.
Caroline Sheen, who plays the title role, will soar above the stage for Mary Poppins' nine-week run at the Playhouse.

But she has revealed even a spoon full of sugar couldn't make the thought of being suspended 45ft above the stage any sweeter.
