A TROUBLED arts centre is set to be given almost £5000 as it continues its rehabilitation.
The North Edinburgh Arts Centre, which is only six years old, was threatened with closure after a funding shortfall was discovered.

But the council and other organisations came up with a rescue package and the latest award from the Forth Neighbourhood Partnership will continue the recovery.

The cash has been given to support the In-House project, which encourages local youngsters to attend the West Pilton centre.
