KENNY RICHEY is today starting his life from scratch after a seven month stint in prison saw him "lose everything".
The 44-year-old, who previously spent two decades on Death Row in America, admitted threatening a prosecutor after being denied bail in August over an assault he was cleared for this week.

But yesterday, Richey, from Edinburgh, was admonished by Lord McEwan, who acknowledged he had spent seven months in custody and said he had "suffered much".

Richey said: "I've lost everything, I need a home and I need money. I don't know if I'll stay in Scotland, I haven't decided yet."

Innocent is he , why has he been in trouble with the polis numerous times since he came back here????

I for one dont think he was innocent of the USA crime.

He is scum and we dont want him here , no doubt he will cause trouble wherever he goes.

I have met him once and he was a rude , drunken ,obnoxious little chav, full of self importance , no idea why , he had nothing to feel important about.

No one wants him here ,,,,,so cheerio , off oyu go and annoy somewhere else. Our gain would be their loss.
