A FOOD production company has dropped in on a homeless charity to see for itself the benefits of a £5000 donation.
Employees from Sodexo paid the visit to the city's Cyrenians group to see how the money had helped the charity provide people with better food and drink.

Staff from Sodexo also got their hands dirty, helping with deliveries and other day-to-day tasks Cyrenians are involved in.

The charity's programme manager Carol-Anne Alcorn said: "We are very grateful for Sodexo's involvement in our Good Food in Tackling Homelessness Programme. The partnership has made a real difference to the work of the project."

Sodexo employee Ingrid McNeill added: "We were delighted to see how our donation is helping Edinburgh Cyrenians provide homeless people with better access to good quality food."
