A SPECIAL screening of the documentary that follows the project of building the Scottish Parliament from start finish is to take place in the Capital.
Ten years on from the formation and initial build of the controversial Holyrood building, The Holyrood Files will be screened at The Filmhouse.
As part of the screening, on 30 June at 6pm, a debate on the project will also take place.
The debate panel will feature documentary director Stuart Greig, former culture minister Linda Fabiani and Brian Stewart, managing director of parliament architect RMJM.
Mr Stewart said: "I am privileged to have been involved in such an important and symbolic building.
"It was clear from the outset that the project was going to be in the public gaze but I did not expect it to be so politically charged with such diverse views."
The documentary covers all of the problems in the process of building the parliament, which was completed three years late and an estimated £430 million over budget.
