Hamish Watt, 32, a press officer from Craigleith, lists his five favourite places for fast food.
The Deli, Morningside Road Great helpings and extremely good value for money as a result. Roll and sausage is particularly good.

La Baguette, Lothian Road The steak baguette is exceptional.

Cappadocia, Forrest Road One of the few kebab houses where you don't have to be drunk to enjoy the food.

Bene's, The Royal Mile I think this is the best chippy in Edinburgh.

Edinburgh Cake Shop, Bruntsfield Place Great selection of hot grub and more sophisticated baking.
