Scott Henderson, 22, a student from Leith, names his top five Edinburgh pubs.
Sandy Bell's, Forrest Road. This is one of Edinburgh's more famous pubs. It plays traditional music and is quite popular with the tourists so you get to meet a new crowd every time you go.

Brass Monkey, Drummond Street. I have had some great dates at this pub, it's definitely my favourite place to woo a lady. There's a massive bed that takes up an entire room making it a comfortable place to hang out and relax.

Malt and Hops, The Shore. This has recently become one of my favourites. The pub serves nice beer and real cider; you can really taste the difference.

Barony Bar, Broughton Street. My parents used to go to this pub and it's been around for ages. It has a special place in my heart because it reminds me of my youth.

Port o' Leith, Constitution Street. You get all sorts of people in here, from all walks of life and as it's my local I'm there quite a lot.
