EDINBURGH businesses have been challenged to prove they are the smartest in town at this year's Marie Curie Cancer Care Brain Game.
The Edinburgh Brain Game, to be held at Prestonfield House Hotel on Thursday, November 20, will raise much needed funds for the charity, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year.

The charity is urging businesses to sign up for the event to prove they are the smartest in Edinburgh.

Last year's event sparked controversy after outspoken radio DJ Mike Graham told an audience of 300 guests to "shut the f*** up" before he hosted a round of the event.

The charity apologised personally to every company that attended after guests described the outburst as "disgraceful".

Businesses are expected to help raise more than £45,000 through events such as a charity auction.
