INTERNET search engine Google has seen profits almost double, confirming its market domination.
Its strong results were fuelled by growth on company-owned Web sites and overseas, driving profits up 91 per cent to £391 million ($733m) in the three months until the end of September.

Revenues also rose by 70 per cent to £1.4bn ($2.7bn), beating expectations and leading to a rise in its share price.
