WITH their confidence boosted by a four-match unbeaten run, Falkirk will head for Motherwell on Sunday eager to put to rest any doubts following their disappointing start to the season.
The early season results were damaging but were largely attributable to a crippling injury list. The Bairns are almost back to full strength and manager John Hughes has urged his men to display the character which took them to the verge of a top-six place last season.
"I knew the results would come and I've been very pleased with the attitude and commitment of the players in recent games," said Yogi, "against Hearts we went a goal down and came back to record our first win and against Queen of the South in the CIS Cup we were under pressure but dug in to win the tie. This is a team which just doesn't like getting beat and its starting to show.
"It will be a tough game at Fir Park on Sunday – it always is when you go there and, although we've been on the receiving end a few times from Motherwell in the past, we matched them well last year and we'll be having a real go at them this time."
Hughes' injury worries are easing with Dean Holden nearing fitness. Rusell Latapy is available for a return but Carl Finnigan is struggling with a virus.
