CITY radio station Talk107 is to be sued by its former star presenter Tommy Sheridan.
The former MSP and leader of the Solidarity Party was sacked in April for being too confrontational, but he claims he is owed £6000 in redundancy pay.

It is understood he will launch the legal action against station owners UTV. He reportedly said: "I can't say too much but I will be launching a legal action."

Sheridan and his wife Gail, both 44, are currently facing perjury charges after a court win over a Sunday newspaper, accusations they both deny.
