PROSTITUTION appears to be finally leaving the Leith area, new figures suggest.
Police in the area only received one call in the whole of last month on the issue.

A police patrol targeting prostitutes on one weekend during May only found three in the whole area.

The Salamander Street area was previously notorious for the problem.
