THE man behind plans for a statue of Adam Smith in Edinburgh has a new book out.
Adam Smith Institute director Dr Eamonn Butler has written The Best Book on the Market.

He announced plans for a memorial to the economist on the Royal Mile last year, after a fundraising drive to match the cost of the £250,000 statue.

It is set to be created outside St Giles' Cathedral in July.
