AN Edinburgh businessman who went missing ten days ago has been found safe and well, police said today.
Simon Kennedy reported to a police station yesterday ending an agonising wait for his family.

The 32-year-old disappeared after visiting his parents' holiday home in Elie, Fife, and failing to return to his house in Royal Crescent. On Wednesday, police released CCTV footage of the last-known sighting of Mr Kennedy, taken one week ago.

Mr Kennedy had called at a petrol station in Tibshelf, a village near the Peak District in Derbyshire. He was travelling in his blue Ford Focus.

His wife Julia had appealed to her husband to get in touch after he contacted a family member to say he was fine on Wednesday.
