MORE than 210 million people are registered with the online auction site eBay, pushing the value of items sold up to £6.7 billion in its third quarter.
The US firm saw its profits rise by ten per cent to £150 million during the period, saying it was working on a strategy to grow its marketplaces, online payment operation PayPal and internet telecoms business Skype branches individually.
