SHADOW home secretary Dominic Grieve said the civil servant at the centre of the Home Office leaks inquiry should be sacked if he had "done the leaking".
The Tories have been highly critical of the arrest of shadow immigration minister Damian Green. However, Mr Grieve said the Home Office was entitled to sack the official concerned.

sack the civil servant?,no they wouldnt dare as these pinstriped,jobs for the boys with the right ex school ties,after all thwarted scotland from getting its hands on the oil revenue,as shown on bbc alba
they have far too much leverage in the day to day running of the country,yet spend vast sums on their comfort at work
bigger slimeballs than those elected
