Bien E. Bien,

The PS3 has been on sale in Canada for about 4 months now, and after the initial rush, the consensus seems to be that it is a disappointing unit. I am not really a gamer but was tempted to get one (for US$499, a bit cheaper than the UK retail rate) but wa advised against it - by a salesperson at Electronics Boutique of all places!

He said that he had sold a few PS3 units but had taken a few back as returns, as there is simply a lack of decent software to match up with the (supposedly) impressive hardware.
