CLYDESDALE Bank has named Richard Kennerley as its first head of acquisition finance. The Glasgow-based bank, owned by the National Australia Bank Group, said the move consolidated its push into the sector.
Clydesdale's new acquisition finance team will assist businesses looking for advice and funding for corporate acquisitions.
