A SWAP-shop of tips for mothers trying to feed their children healthy food was launched today.
Top Tips For Top Mums, fronted by former EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer, aims to help low-income families with children aged from two to 11.

Parents can share their tips on how healthy eating at www.5aday.nhs.uk.
