A COMMERCIAL property firm in the Capital has announced two key new deals.
AtisReal has acquired an office at 49 Queen Street on behalf of particle simulation firm DEM Solutions.

The move into the five-floor office is to help accommodate the firm's international expansion.

The office agency team has also aided the expansion of Oberlanders Architects, which is to relocate its practice to 16 Melville Street in the West End.

The Edinburgh-based firm celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and has bought the building to accommodate its ongoing growth strategy.

Sally Lindsay, of Atisreal, said: "The occupier market remains strong across Edinburgh's central business district and we are seeing continued demand in all sectors for good quality space."
