POP princess Britney Spears was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery after injuring her knee during a video shoot.
Britney, 22, needed arthroscopic surgery after tests showed floating cartilage in her knee, her record company said.

She was dancing when her knee gave way during filming for a video of her new single Outrageous in New York.

Britney was forced to cancel two shows in March because of a knee injury.
