Three in court over Sean Hay murder

THREE men appeared on petition at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today charged with the murder of Sean Hay.
The 23-year-old died from his injuries following the alleged attacked in front of his pregnant girlfriend and her children in Wardieburn Street West, Granton, on July 22.

Guy Phillips, 28, Steven Gibb, 32, and Brian Kerr or Gourlay, 29, made a brief appearance in private before Sheriff Elizabeth Jarvie QC.

No plea or declaration was made and the case was continued for further inquiry.

All three were remanded in custody.
