Why don't you stop trawling Kickback for stories?

Barry Anderson is fast becoming the KB website parasite.

3

Sick as a Parrot,

la la land 13/03/2007 12:21:15

what do you do for stories when Kickback goes off the air ?

What a load of drivel.

I have always thought Barry was a member of Kickback. Any guesses for his username?

what is a vlad-sheep anyway?

is it a sheep with a form of spongiform encephalitis (excuse the spelling if wrong), or scrapie to be more precise? a sheep that goes around slagging off all the other farmyard animals, calling the department of agriculture corrupt & describing the writers of farmers weekly as lower order primates?

By The Light,

In the intertattie! 13/03/2007 14:57:15

Banderson does it again, just makes up his own facts to suit his anti-Hearts brain cell:

"Many traditionalist Hearts followers would certainly oppose the club management methods employed by their majority shareholder. But, as a group, they seem willing to accept that there is little alternative to the controversial banker from eastern Europe."

Oh really? Where was this question in the poll?

"As far as supporters are concerned, Romanov is the only show in town."

Again Banderson just makes it up himself!

I think the only sheep here is Banderson who just can't help himself falling in with the west coasters.

Anderson makes reference to "cossack booting which took place outside Tynecastle". I thought a cossack was a Russain tribesman. Havent seen too many of those being booted outside Tynecastle.

I am a Hearts fan. Not any of Andersons stupid names.

You know what they say about lies, damn lies and statistics....

When nearly 80% said they think Hearts are better off under Romanov, it's because they interpret this to mean than under Robinson who was about to sell Tynecastle for housing. Anything short of bankrupcy would be better.

Other than that, there is only one statistic in support of Romanov here - 61% agreeing with his stance against the Old Firm. I don't see this poll as pro-Romanov at all. The vast majority agree the quality is worse than last year, morale is lower and they disagreed with the treatment of the Riccarton three.

it doesn't matter if you are a vlad-sheep, a hat-kicker, a sheep-kicker, a vlad-kicker, a sheep wearing a hat, a vlad wearing a sheep or a hat wearing sheep called vlad... he is not going away any time soon.

the only option open to us right now is to get the cash out for season tickets and hope he turns things around for us.

if someone can come up with a viable alternative then for sheeps sake lets have it.

You're obviously not a member over at Kickback.

Unlike this sorry board there are actually some reasonable and reasoned debates over there. I support the wee team but enjoy a lurk over at JKB and have been surprised by how articulate and passionate the debates can be, not everyone is happy wth VR you know... but at least there is a debate about it.

Personally I agree with lots of other people green or maroon - HMFC will survive no matter what VR does or doesn't do.

But don't keep trying to shoot the messenger. Try and engage your brain before typing to avoid looking stupid.

it sounds like it should be one of those obscure terms for one who is, shall we say a bit light on the auld loafers.

I can just see Anderson squirming at these results when they were announced in the office, but hey, a guy with a chip on the shoulder can wait his time and when nothing "controversial" is happening down Gorgie way, he will squeeze in a jibe or two in articles that are positive about HMFC. After all he's one of the "we'll see who has the last laugh" brigade.
How pathetic is the "Vladsheep" tag? Get a life you neurotic eegit.
At least this show of faith in Vlad has stopped you from wetting yourself.
By the way, did Bathgate and co. take a flaky when the results were given?

19

garef,

This survey seems to reflect the views of Hearts fans that I know more or less.
Almost every article on Hearts or match report contains vitriol towards Romanov and this makes the results of the survey quite astounding.
Its going to be very interesting to see what happens in 2 years time.A spanking stadium and hotel contributing to the regeneration of Gorgie.A lot of the media are going to look very stupid indeed when Romanov puts out a team to fill the ground.

#19 "A spanking stadium and hotel in Gorgie..."

Yes. Yours for only £6-£8m for 12,000 seats, with the hotel thrown in for free??

You don't have to be a qualified surveyor or architect to work out that the numbers don't add up.
Falkirk couldn't build a stand for this price, let alone tacking a hotel on the side.

And how is it afforded? By adding it to the debt? But it's OK Vlad's a multi-billionaire and has already spent millions on the team hasn't he. His wee company has £300m 'under management' not £300m in assets, makes me wonder how he can grow the debt to £50m+

25

Ian,

Get in there Vlad !!!!!! - When the main stand is actually being built , turn up at the next home game. But remember - Partially adapt your style and get further , quicker.

Remember - "We sleep , do not waken us"

Come on now - todays question is who's or what motto is noted above (well , a rough translation anyway)

Robson of Dundee United - what a pairing with Kingston - A shrewd bit of business that would be. Let's not kid ourselves - the article in the Scotsman linking us to Killie's Naismith is a non starter.

Oh - one other thing - WE NEED A COUPLE OF STRIKERS.

80% of those scumbos must agree that parking in Edinburgh is shocking, so another car park down Gorgie way will ease the situation. Go on Vlad The Bad. Give back to the community.

29

BooncinMad!,

Edinburgh 14/03/2007 04:19:36

27.
You think hearts will still exist in a year?
40 million at even 4% per interest is 1.6 million (my credit card is 16% so that was being nice)
Tack on another 20mill for the stand (cos its gonna be like the scottish parliament and 30mill might not be unreasonable) that makes 60million quid at 4% per year = 2.4 million quid (per year)
Tynecastles max revenue (if the stand is started) will be in the region of £20 x 20 games x 13500= 5.4mil
Sponsership + bums in seats + merchandise will maybe come to 9mill if you are lucky.
The players are costing over 10mill
This leaves hearts with- my god, i'm no accountant but something does not add up here...
tick tock

Get a life and go watch your team get spanked at Hampden next week.

Lithuanian Rhapsody

Is this the real life?
Is it just fantasy?
Caught in a mad world, no escape to reality.

Open your eyes - realise his lies and see...
Vlad's just a madman, he needs no sympathy
Because there's
Little highs, many lows
Miko comes, Pressley goes!

Anyway the Hearts go, doesn't really matter to him...
To him...

Mad Vlad, just fired someone,
Another manager away,
with no compensation pay,
Mad Vlad, has just begun,
And now he's going to throw it all away!

Mad Vlad, ooooooooooh!
Didn't mean to lose control,
And if Gordon's got the flu - can't play tomorrow,
Carry on, carry on...like nothing really matters...

Too late, the time has come,
To meddle once again,
put some players on the bench,
"Goodbye everybody, I've got to go!"
Said Webster as he packed his bags and left!

Mad Vlad, ooooooooooh!
The Pub Teams going down,
But at least they've got the time to drown their sorrows!

I see a little silhouetto of a man
It's got strings! It's got strings!
So it must be a puppet...

Valdas Ivanauskas, bringing duds from Kaunas!
Mikoluinas! (Mikoluinas)
Mikoluinas! (Mikoluinas)
Mikoluinas on the wing...

He's just a poor boy nobody loves him
He's just a poor boy from a poor family
Spare him his life from this monstrosity!

"Webster's gone, Pressley too, will you let me go?"
No Miko no! We will not let you go! (Let him go!)
No Miko no! We will not let you go! (Let him go!)
No Miko no! We will not let you go! (Let him go!)
Will not let you go! (Let him go!)
Will not let you go! (Let him go!)
No No No No No No No No!

Oh Mikoluinas! (Mikoluinas)
Oh Mikoluinas! (Mikoluinas)
Mikoluinas on the wing!
Romanov has a pub team put aside for me, For me, For me!!!!!!!!!!

So you think you can drop them an

32

BOONCBAK,

DALKEITH 14/03/2007 12:56:25

Vladamir Romanov is doing for Hearts what Bird Flu done for Wee Bernie Matthews. Mr V won't be happy until Hearts are replaced by his own native players, and we all speak Lithuanian. Any man who can get shot of 3 of his best players for no reason what so ever, displays to all that he has zero interest in the game! So what is he in it for? Good question! And he wants to put his bank in Edinburgh - Don't bank on it! Customers shouldn't question any errors, Vladdy will chuck you out of his bank. Go home and leave the Jam Tarts alone.

Booncbak

PS are the season tickets going to be valid in vladland?

33

Mikey,

14/03/2007 14:30:22

Oh, the Vlad maddos and the Leith scum are out in force, eh?

Hearts will emerge stronger and substantially better within the next few years. If you can't see that, perhas you'd be better going to Leith to watch what they laughingly call a 'flair' team! So much flair that the only way they'll get into Europe next season is if there's a war!

34

oms1845,

14/03/2007 15:21:25

Better under Romanov, maybe, maybe not, but Hearts dont really have a choice, just got to do what you can with what you have got! Moan all you want he aint going to go leave in a hurry, and if he doesnt wonder if he will ask for all the deb thats now in his banks? That be the end of HMFC?

35

oms1845,

36

Stevie-C,

Somewhere in the Real World 14/03/2007 15:47:11

It's interesting the selective way polls like these can be viewed by either the 'Half Full' or the 'Half Empty'. Overall IMHO we have a crap team, crap performance, an owner that meddles with the team selection, weaker morale, we are unhappy at the handling of the 'Riccarton 3...apparently better off financially, we obviously have to support the 'Only game In Town'....and predictably agree on his take on the SFA, REF's and the 'Old Firm'.

I think if you had polled ie. 3,000 Hibs or Kilmarnock fan's the result's would probably have came out the same!
