Define "most vunerable" because in interviews I keep hearing of people, such as single mothers, having to consider quitting work because of this.

Presumably, and as per usual, it will be those who get all the handouts going, who receive the placements. Ironic when I bet they will be unemployed and therefore not in need of full time care.

Charles Linskaill,

Tried to be romantic, but no luck! 21/09/2007 23:11:52

Such a shame this has to be!
Parents/Mothers/Fathers, Don't use our Nursery Facilities for 'fun', Nurseries are used because we love and care for our offspring and want them (our-Babies) to be cared for if we have to go to work to make ends meet.
I really do feel sad for the single Parent though!
Do you think, they all go out 'lap-dancing' or something, after dropping their Child to the Nursery?
NO they dont!
We NEED the Council-run Nurseries, we are NOT all 'Rockefeller' you Know, or maybe dont!
