Devon: Crowds were expected to turn out today as nearly 700 service personnel who have returned from Afghanistan parade through Exeter to celebrate their homecoming.
Gloucestershire: A vet who paid for 20,000 leaflets to be printed after a customer's beloved cat was lost has now brought in sniffer dogs to track down the missing animal.

Jodie Dawkins took her pet Lionel to the vet's in Cheltenham with a dislocated hip after he was hit by a car, but the five-year-old escaped.
