Clarkson sticks by 'idiot' jibe

JEREMY Clarkson watered down his apology today for calling Gordon Brown a "one-eyed Scottish idiot" – saying he was not sorry for "the idiot bit".
He said: "I very specifically apologised for making fun of his personal appearance – very specifically. But the idiot bit – there is no chance I'll apologise for that."

Truth and accuracy are rare commodities in broadcasting.

Perhaps now is the time for everyone to write in and propose Clarkson for an "Honour"?
